What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a crucial role in supportingone or two clients , providing dedicated assistance that enables them to deliver world-class exhibitions and events. Successful delivery of the role is expected to requirebetween 25-40 hours per weekand can be primarilyremote working . Your presence atweekly client meetingsin central London will be highly valued, allowing you to build strong relationships and gain a deeper understanding of our clients' needs and communication preferences. No two days are the same. One day you might be liaising with global arts institutions to coordinatecomplex international travel arrangements , managinginvitations and requests , and ensuring every detail isaccurately recordedand alignedwith a range of stakeholders. The next, you'll becollating information,conductingindependent researchand preparing tobrief clientson your recommendations formaximising opportunities and resourcesin accordance with their long-term goals. This role offers a varied and stimulating context in which your organisational skills, proactive thinking, and problem-solving abilities will be challenged and rewarded. What's Needed to Succeed? You'll becurious, self-motivated , and acreative problem-solver , resilient andadaptableto last-minute changes, with both a granulareye for detailand an appreciation of the bigger picture. You're aconfident communicator,completely in your element managing an ever-changing set of priorities and deadlines withtact and discretion . In-depth experience of international travel arrangements will set you up for success in this role. Knowledge of the arts sector is not essential. We are happy to consider applicants from non-traditional backgrounds with transferable skills and enthusiasm for providing high-quality services. You might be an EA/PA keen for more autonomy and flexibility. Or maybe you're a project manager or travel coordinator from an adjacent industry looking to leverage your skills for clients who highly value your initiative and expertise.
