Our client is on the lookout for a proactive and organised HR Advisor to join their growing team in Egham! As an HR Advisor, youll: Be the go-to for first-line HR advice to managers Lead on onboarding, compliance, and employee experience Own the campus Single Central Record (SCR) and safer recruitment checks Partner with payroll to ensure accurate submissions Support visa and immigration processes Handle employee relations cases with tact and confidence Be part of a wider HR function that supports learning, growth, and collaboration Youll likely be someone who: Has experience in generalist HR and loves problem-solving Knows your stuff when it comes to UK employment law, safeguarding, and immigration Has worked with HR systems and is confident with MS Office (especially Excel) Is CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it) Is detail-obsessed, a strong communicator, and comfortable dealing with confidential matters Thrives in busy environments and knows how to juggle multiple priorities Why youll love it here : A people-first culture in a global education setting Big impact in a local, on-site role Supportive HR leadership with space to grow A genuinely varied role no two days the same!
