Conference Producer - Sports & Entertainment London 50-60k Bonus Senior Conference Producer sought by a leading Media & Events business in London, to lead the development of high quality programmes & agendas, for global conferences & events across the sports industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conference Producer to join an ambitious organisation, working across their expanding portfolio of live & digital conferences globally, developing programmes and managing relationships with key industry figures. Over the past 2-3 years, the organisation has seen over 200% growth, with further growth planned over the coming years. You will get the opportunity to work across major, industry-leading events, with events ranging from 5,000 to 35,000 delegates. Day-to-day: Lead industry research to identify potential agenda topics & relevant speakers for events & conferences Develop relationships with key industry figures Work closely with relevant editorial teams to develop agenda topics & identify speakers Work close with sales team to maximise sponsorship opportunities Manage relationships & communications with event speakers Lead the planning & management of agenda topics Key Skills: Previous experience in a similar role, working within a B2B conference/events business Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to build & manage relationships with key industry figures Ability to manage & work across multiple projects at any one time Additional language skills advantageous If the role sounds of interest, please apply with your most up-to-date CV and we will be in touch to discuss the role in more detail.
