About the Role As the Soft FM Category Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing spend and supplier bases, ensuring the effective deployment of Soft FM solutions across global operations. Youll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sectors/functions, manage key suppliers, and lead a dynamic team to deliver outstanding business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead category management strategies for Soft FM sub-categories, from creation through to delivery of business outcomes. Oversee sourcing projects, ensuring effective execution within Soft FM, and approve key gates in the sourcing process. Build and manage strong senior supplier relationships to drive value, performance, and risk mitigation. Contribute to bids by offering category insight, ensuring competitive supply chains and mitigating risks. Coach and lead the category team, enhancing procurement capabilities across the board. What You Need Proven success within large, complex procurement organizations. Extensive experience in Soft FM category management and supplier relationships. Strong contract knowledge, especially English contract law and negotiations. Excellent business acumen with a track record of driving change and delivering results. Strong planning, analytical, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
