Job Title

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HRIS recruitment consultant to join an industry leading recruitment organisation. The Recruitment Consultant will be tasked with leading the continued development of the team, as they look to double their headcount and billings to approximately 1.5m in the coming years. This is a management role. The Recruitment Consultant will have experience in HRIS recruitment across central Europe, with Workday, SAP, M365 experience all considered. This is an extremely warm desk, with consistent job flow. Whilst the recruitment consultant will be expected to fill some roles and carry out some BD, the key aspect of this role will be in the development of the existing team, as well as the integration of any future joiners.
