Are you an experienced Senior / Project Manager capable of leading a complex project through tender, preconstruction and delivery to successful completion and handover? If so, then this opportunity could be for you. The role is Senior Project Manager to work with this leading Tier 1 main contractor on the South Coast with extensive coverage of live projects across Hampshire, West Sussex and Dorset and a strong pipeline of future works in the region. Projects typically range from 30m to 100m in the secondary and higher education, defence, healthcare plus sports & leisure sectors. Responsibilities Operational input to bids and second stage preconstruction Client and stakeholder interface plus internal reporting Construction methodology, programme, design development Leadership of project team and construction delivery Qualifications and experience MCIOB or Degree qualified 5-10 years of experience in project management for a Tier 1 main contractor Successful track record of project delivery Strong communication and leadership skills Appropriate sector experience
