Role: Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive Level: 3PQE-10PQE Salary: 70,000-100,000 Work from home available Legal 500 department Firm: I am recruiting for a top West End law firm who are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join their expanding Legal 500 team. My client is a high end boutique law firm, representing HNW and UHNW clients on a variety of legal practices including property, private client, litigation, family, and commercial law. Role: The role will be in the firms residential team which is ranked in the Legal 500, managing all matters involving prime London real estate worth up to 50million. The team work on a wide range of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions. This is an excellent opportunity for Solicitors looking for a role that offers development and the ability to work alongside some of the best Solicitors in the profession. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales Experience managing a caseload of residential files, especially Leasehold properties for HNW clients A degree from a top UK University, and at least a 2:1 grade.
