We have an exciting opportunity for a highly data-driven Ecommerce Executive with a broad skillset to join our small passionate and close-knit team. Reporting into the Digital Director you will be responsible for all aspects of the Shopify website, trading, conversion, UX/UI and performance digital marketing. The role is predominantly remote with occasional working in our Dartford office. This is an exceptional opportunity with clear progression and the chance to influence the Digital roadmap and exposure to the senior management team at an early stage. This role would suit either a recent graduate from an analytical discipline or someone with under two years of Ecommerce experience. The Role Website Management & Development Maintain all aspects of our Shopify website including categorisation, navigation, attributes and landing pages Ensuring customer journey is seamless from visit to checkout to transactional emails to fulfilment to returns Suggest and oversee web development sprints and projects including device, browser and geo-location testing Seasonal collection and markdown launches including image and data collation and upload to website Assist or be the key contact for ecommerce in wider business projects, initiatives and process improvements Trading & CRO Using Google Analytics, Shopify and other systems to monitor KPIs and make recommendations for improvement Visual Merchandise PLPs to maximise sales based on best sellers, cover, newness and sizing availability In depth weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting as required and actively contribute in team meetings Work as an internal champion of website data and analysis regularly communicating insights with all departments to help shape website content, marketing calendar, range planning and the overall strategy of the brand Maintain and optimise our international Ecommerce sites and support with our four London retail stores Digital Marketing Be a key contact for the Digital Marketing agency with regards to paid social, paid search, shopping and display Monitor all performance marketing KPIs including impressions, CTR, CPA, spends, ROAS and brand protection Support with all aspects of SEO strategy, management and administration Working alongside Marketing department, optimise, schedule and analyse newsletter performance Become a super user of our Email marketing and CRM platform Klaviyo Regular site, listing, landing page and competitor reviews to ensure they are optimised for conversion Skills & Experience Educated to degree level in a business, numerical or analytical discipline Highly analytical, numerate and data driven with a high level of attention to detail Some previous experience in e-commerce, preferably within fashion, footwear, or premium retail advantageous, but would also suit recent graduates with a relevant analytical degree Excel or Google Sheets knowledge is essential Shopify experience is highly advantageous Experience of Google Analytics, Klaviyo, HTML coding and SEO an advantage but not essential Organised self-starter with the ability and desire to work well within a small growing team A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile
