Overview and purpose of role: Under the Supervision of the EMEI Wholesale, Franchise and Global Etailer Director , the Wholesale Project Coordinator will support the execution and implementation of our Online and Selective distribution strategy. This short term project will run from June until August and focuses on evaluating current partners through given criteria and assisting in the roll out of the strategy. This project is aimed at ensuring our brand is represented in the correct wholesale environments, aligned with our brand values The role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury fashion, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating between commercial, operational, and legal teams. Key Responsibilities of the role: Analyze existing distribution channels and identify alignment with brand strategy and criteria Build documentation portfolio for the portfolio of clients Support Wholesale team with coordination of rollout plan Track implementations across the network Skills and Requirements: Technical: Previous experience in project coordination within wholesale environment ideally luxury fashion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent knowledge of the MS Office computer environment (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Fluent in English, French and Italian is a plus Soft skills: Result-oriented Ability to multi-task, plan and manage time and resources, establish priorities and manage deadlines Strong analytical skills Excellent attention to detail Adaptable, flexible, and autonomous Strong brand awareness and passionate about the world of fashion and luxury Exceptional communication (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills Motivated and committed with a can do positive attitude.
