What Youll Be Doing: This is a varied and vital role, from entering customer orders into the ERP system (SAP), to managing bespoke requests, liaising with couriers, and handling email and live chat queries. Youll use tools like Excel, CRM platforms, Teamsand even ChatGPT. Some orders will come via online portals; others will need a more personal touch. Either way, youll make sure every customer has a great experience.
