OverviewOur specialist Corporate Charites divison is looking for an experienced insurance professional to join their high performing team as an Account Manager. This is an opportunity for someone with experience dealing with large corporate premiums to carve out a niche and develop a successful career at Gallagher. How you'll make an impactMaintain relationships with clients, assisting with day to day enquiries, MTAs and confirming cover arrangements.Produce a headline summary of changes and obtaining claims listings; contribute to strategy discussion for our corporate charity clientsProduce PRQ documents & provide to Exec ahead of client meetingAttend client meetings as required and action points arising from meetings as requested by ExecEnsure all details of calls, correspondence and risk details updates are uploaded to ActurisPrepare market presentations and broke all risks to market including e-trade 'schemesNegotiate terms both in respect of price and policy coverageCompare cover options, assess suitability and build quotations and reports as appropriateInstruct Insurers in good time, check & issue policy documentation including CertificatesInvoice, arrange finance, process card paymentsLapse policies, RFQs and clients on Acturis on expiry/cancellationProduce Summary of Insurance and provide to Exec to issueDiary all outstanding matters and follow up as appropriateManage all account queries highlighting any concerns to line managers on time.Raise any complaints, errors or omissions with management on discovery to protect Gallaghers reputationMaintain and update knowledge of insurance products, services and markets as and when developments occurBuild and maintain network of contacts in both internal and external markets.Provide training and/or coaching for less experienced colleagues About YouGood understanding of insurance principles and the coverage, terms and conditions of transacted risk typesExperience dealing with large corporate risksRisk aware with strong planning and analytical skills along with accuracy and high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to ask relevant questions to identify client needsAdept at negotiating to achieve the desired resultCalm and positive when faced with challengesSelf-motivated with ability to work independently whilst also being a team playerAble to plan and organise, multi-tasking to support several lines of enquiry within a regulated, measurable framework to achieve SLAsProfessional and empathetic with internal and external clients, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all timesProficiency in using MS Office, Acturis, E-trade platforms and Gallagher applicationsAligned with Gallagher Values and BehavioursWillingness to achieve Cert CII as minimum and work towards ACIIEligible to work in the UK Compensation and benefitsOn top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
