Together, these two arms form a unique, vertically integrated business with significant revenues, high growth momentum, and a clear path to becoming the market leader in both digital oral care & premium dentistry.This is a rare opportunity to join a founder-led company at the inflection point of serious scale - across physical locations, product and international markets.About the roleAs CFO, you'll be a strategic leader, a hands-on operator, and a key partner to the founders. You'll bring commercial finance expertise, operational rigour, and strategic insight to support growth across both Yorkshire Dental Suite & SmileWhite. You'll work across physical and digital models, helping shape the future of multi-channel, high-impact business.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance LeadershipOwn and develop financial strategy across both SmileWhite & Yorkshire Dental Suite.Guide decision making through deep commercial analysis, planning and forecasting.Deliver insights into unit economics, pricing, digital funnels and growth channels.Financial Operations & Infrastructure• Build scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support multi-site and e-commerce operations• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and reporting across business units• Drive cost-efficiency while supporting continued investment in growthInvestor & Stakeholder Management• Lead funding processes, including equity and debt strategy• Act as primary liaison with banks, investors, auditors, and financial partners• Prepare and present board reports, investor updates, and strategic reviewsTeam Building & Leadership• Build and lead a high-performing finance team• Partner closely with operations, marketing, and tech to drive cross-functional outcomes• Shape a culture of commercial ownership, accountability, and insightWhat We’re Looking For• Previous experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial business• Strong understanding of consumer, e-commerce, and/or health services• Deep knowledge of online marketing funnels, performance metrics, and customer acquisition economics• Experience working with VC/PE-backed businesses, including fundraising and investor relations• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and be hands-on• Exceptional communicator with the ability to partner closely with co-founders and teams• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or relevant experienceWhat You’ll Get• Executive leadership role in one of the UK’s most exciting consumer health brands• Competitive compensation + meaningful equity• Direct impact on shaping the growth of both a premium clinical brand and a scaling DTC product• A fast-moving, collaborative, and founder-led environmentInterested in discussing the opportunity further?
