Head of Delivery – RemoteAssistantsLocation: RemoteCompensation: £60,000 profit share (after threshold)Reports to: Founder (James)Start Date: ImmediateMissionTo transform RemoteAssistants.ai from a high-profit placement agency into a recurring revenue, productised staffing business doing £2M+ per year — without founder dependence.Outcomes You OwnScale placements from 15/month to 30+/monthLaunch and grow the £2.5K/month RAaaS model to £75K MRR in 6–9 monthsBuild and lead the internal team (Heads of recruitment, CSMs, Sales support)Deliver Maintain clean systems, SOPs, and reporting — visible to the founder weeklyMake RA a business we can sell, raise on, or scale passivelyResponsibilities1. Team Management & DeliveryOversee and support Heads of recruitment(fulfilment leads)Set and enforce SLAs: time to match, quality checks, onboarding supportHire and manage CSMs as client base growsHandle tough client situations and replacements2. Revenue & Performance ManagementOwn weekly metrics: placements, revenue, churn, fulfillment marginsCollaborate with sales to align delivery with demandForecast capacity + manage monthly cash/ops planApprove placement quality and ensure Liquid Accelerator training is baked into delivery3. Systems & Ops InfrastructureBuild out operational dashboards in Notion or AirtableMaintain SOPs for end-to-end placement and RAaaS deliveryEnsure all contracts, onboarding, and processes are systemisedImprove automation and reduce founder bottlenecks4.
