This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK based business as part of a larger international organisation in a fast-paced influential Business Partnering role as part of the regional HR team.The role offers hybrid working with a requirement to be on site in the business at least 3 days a week either at the Luton location or at a number of regional locations.You will be providing proactive HR expertise to enable the business to make commercial decisions and delivering solutions that align with business objectives, and which foster a high-performance culture.Key aspects of the role include:Operational HR LeadershipEmployee RelationsBusiness Change & EffectivenessCulture & EngagementTeam Development & CoachingAs an ideal candidate you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, and already operating in a fast paced, private sector environment as a BP and looking to develop further.
