HR and Recruitment Co-ordinatorLocation: Nr Radstock, SomersetSalary: To £25,750Contract: Full-time, PermanentMy client is seeking an organised, proactive, and approachable HR and Recruitment Co-ordinator to join their busy team in a rewarding and varied role. You will provide high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee records management and leaver processes.In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, contributing to the development of effective HR systems, and supporting safer recruitment practices. Your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills will be critical in ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.Key responsibilities include: Coordinating recruitment campaigns and interview logisticsPreparing employment documentation and managing onboardingMaintaining HR systems and employee recordsLiaising with payroll and managing vetting checksSupporting compliance with safer recruitment and safeguarding proceduresThe ideal candidate for this role:Previous experience in HR administration or recruitmentExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsProficient in MS Office and confident using HR systemsStrong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetlyKnowledge of safer recruitment practices is desirableFor an informal conversation, please call Jamie at FIND.
