HMP Five Wells is a category C resettlement prison based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, and houses around 1,780 patients aged 18+. Within this role you will be working collaboratively with the mental health team to develop the psychologist services on site, and manage 2 Assistant Psychologist. In addition you will have a small caseload of patients with complex mental health needs.HoursThe site currently offers a Monday to Friday- 08:30 to 16:30 work pattern with some flexibilitySalaryThis position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to 62,000 per annum - depending on experience.How will we support you? You willYou will support the IMHT with assessment and interventions for complex patients, offer consultation/reflective practice to the team and clinical supervision to the assistant psychologists Undertake psychological assessments, supporting complex multi-disciplinary formulations and delivering psychological interventions for cases of great complexity.You will also be required to utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and research within the area served by the team/service.
