Position Lead M&E Engineer Salary Up to 43,000 per annum Location Slough, Berkshire Working Hours Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Reporting Into Contracts Manager TecRec are currently searching for an experienced Lead M&E Engineer based on a static site in Slough to work for a business with many years of extensive experience, my client has been founded by four industry professionals brought together by a common goal; to provide their clients with a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their needs and to deliver that service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards. This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees. This business has gone from strength to strength over the last 5 years and now have over 100 engineers across London & home counties. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to lead a small, well-established team on a beautifully maintained site with minimal out-of-hours disruption. The ideal candidate will be electrically or mechanically qualified. Mon-Fri from 9:00am-6:00pm. Static high-end commercial site in Slough, Berkshire The candidate needs to be a confident self-starter who understands the importance of documentation as well as being a good building services engineer. Looking for someone who can take ownership of the site. The is a team of two engineers based on site, 1 Lead Engineer & 1 M&E Engineer. Due to a remote location, a full driving licence and own transport is essential. Are you looking for a position which offers the following? The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Installations (Level 3 Required) NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations, Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing & Heating. 18 th Edition if electrically qualified. 2391 Testing & Inspection - Desired. THE PACKAGE 43,000 per annum with annual pay reviews. 22 Days holiday plus bank holidays. Call out rota 1 in 2 weeks - 100 standby (Only one call out in the past 14 months) Onsite Gym (Discounted membership, around 20 per year) Opportunity to earn overtime.
