Find out more by taking a look at www.skillsforcare.org.uk Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for a National Lead Regulated Professional Workforce to join our Workforce Delivery Team on a fixed-term or secondment basis. You will be responsible for delivering on an exciting portfolio of strategic activity designed to: Enhance the reputation of regulated professionals as a valued and respected career within adult social care. Contribute to strategies to increase retention. Support access to quality learning and development, guidance and support. increase the number of registered professionals working within adult social care. Give more people access to the social care they need to heave their need met in the community and deliver more interventions and support to prevent ill health. We are looking for a National Lead to supportourASC Nursing Programme. Are you a registered nurse passionate about adult social care with experience of the recruitment and retention of the social care nursing workforce. Skills for Care is seeking a National Professional Lead who is a registered nurse from adult, learning disability or mental health field to support the delivery of the nursing work programme. Applicants should have a range of knowledge and skills specified in the JD and PS and be familiar with supporting equality, diversity and inclusion within their core work.
