The Role You'll be a key player in ensuring production across multiple packhouses runs smoothly and efficiently. You won't just be another cog in the machine - you'll have real responsibility and the freedom to make decisions day-to-day. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking the lead on mechanical maintenance and fabrication tasks across four operational packhouse sites - Working alongside a small team of engineers to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency - Performing basic electrical fault-finding and repairs (we welcome candidates qualified in either mechanical or electrical disciplines, as long as you're comfortable with electrical work) - Being adaptable and proactive - from welding to troubleshooting conveyors, no two days will be the same - Supporting the transition and setup of a new facility due to launch by the end of next year What We 're Looking For We're not just looking for technical skills - we want someone with the right attitude and mindset.
