(Welcome Bonus is payable as one payment of 1,500 after completion of one month and one further payment of 1,500upon completion of your final probation period. T&C's applyHours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to FridayContract: Permanent, Term Time only (There may be scope for this role to be a full-time contract (52 weeks) if this is your preference, please get in touch to discuss)Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle requiredAbout the roleWe are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at our Syon Grange and Colne Grange early years specialist education sites, based in Isleworth, London. The postholder will work collaboratively with the sites Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team.Working collaboratively with the site, you will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plansfor our students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.You will be responsible for holding the therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team, also contributing to staff training and consultation.Both a challenging and rewarding role, this position would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload and supervise others.
