There will be lots of opportunities to add value and make a real difference in this roleThe ideal candidate will have worked in transactional finance and have experience with all aspects of bookkeeping and processing. Having experience with Xero would be very useful and being competent in Excel is essential. We are only able to consider candidates who are immediately available or on short notice.WISH LISTExperience with sales and purchase ledger processingStrong system skills – Excel and XeroCan-do mindset and a team playerAAT qualifiedCharity experience (preferred)Immediately available or on short noticeTHE ROLEIssuing monthly invoicesHandling and processing all company and employee expensesRecording incomes onto XeroSupporting monthly payroll for circa 80 staffPerforming daily bank reconciliationsMaintaining the fixed assets registerSupporting tasks such as credit control, month end journaling and archivingHandling general account queries from suppliers.SALARY & BENEFITS£30,000 per year + generous holiday allowanceHybrid and flexible working policyGuildford town centre location
