As a Branch Manager, youll lead a dedicated care teamincluding Care Coordinators and Field Care Supervisors ensuring outstanding service, driving compliance, and growing your branch, all while making a real difference in peoples lives.Job DescriptionWhat youll doThe role of the Extra Care Scheme Manager is to manage the day to day activity and to grow a successful care team who individually deliver personal care services to our service users.
