They are a highly respected accountancy firm who have been established for over 10 years and they provide accounting services for a wide range of businesses, including but not limited to: Start Ups, Scale Ups, SMEs in professional services, retail and ecommerce businesses, the hospitality and restaurant industry, and the food and beverage industry. The Role and ResponsibilitiesManaging a client portfolio for a diverse range of startups and SMEs providing an excellent, proactive service Provide business advisory support, actuals v forecast and budgeting Supervise junior members of staff Manage monthly accounting month end close Prepare year-end statutory annual accounts for filing and returns to Companies House Onboarding clients to ensure the customer onboarding journey is seamless Execute OKR framework according to your level and development path 3 years Chartered Accountancy Practice experience (in a UK Practice) ACCA/ACA Part Qualified / Qualified or QBE Experience working with Startups, Scale Ups & SMEs Experience managing a portfolio of clients Ambition & Drive What’s on offerBenefits:Hybrid working (2 office / 3 wfh) from Day 1, Flexi Start & Finish times, 30 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, Workplace Pension, Perk Box, Subsidised Gym Membership, Xmas & Summer Parties, Clear Progression Opportunities, Early finish & More!
