OurDay Shift Warehouse Manageris responsible for the smooth running of the day operation at ourEnfield Depot , managing a team of Warehouse Operatives, Parcel Shop staff, and Cat C Drivers. We seek individuals passionate about delighting our customers to join the Evri family. About the RoleYou will be a key member of the Depot Management team, working alongside our Nightshift Manager. You will support the Depot Manager in ensuring smooth depot operations. TheDay Shift Manageris responsible for the performance of the day operation and proactively seeks ways to improve cost, service, and operational efficiency. You will manage all resources, including third-party agency workers, to meet service level agreements. ResponsibilitiesManage a team of direct reports and up to 50 indirect reports, providing leadership and direction for the shift. Develop and train team members to meet SLA targets for the day shift. Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations. Generate and process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Essential Skills and ExperienceManagement experience leading and managing a team. Ability to work independently in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools. Experience working in fast-paced logistics environments. Understanding of transport regulations. Good communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels. Flexible approach to work to meet business needs.
