Join to apply for theBid Managerrole atEthos FoundationVenatu Recruitment Group is working with a business in Lincolnshire that, through continued growth, requires aBid Manager .Bid ManagerSalary: £40,000This role is crucial to driving growth and expanding the company's market presence.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business tender opportunities via online tender portals, including exploring, expressing interest, reviewing, downloading documents, and submitting proposals.Produce high-quality submissions to support winning work and project delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.Ensure all submissions adhere to corporate guidelines and branding, and are technically accurate.Create bespoke presentations, organograms, visuals, and case studies as needed.Develop and maintain the company website, social media presence, and advertising efforts.Develop company branding to enhance visibility and reputation.Maintain the company's QA System.Skills and Experience:Strong understanding of online tender portals, including sourcing and reviewing opportunities.Experience in bid management.Experience within the Demolition, Civils & Scaffolding industry is advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Computer literate.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Benefits:Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm20 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown and statutory holidaysCompany pensionApplication Details: If you are passionate about driving business growth and meet the skills requirements, we would love to hear from you.#Demolition #Civils #ScaffoldingindustryAt Venatu Recruitment Group, your privacy is important.
