This is a fixed-term contract until September 2025 to cover increased seasonal demand. For the right person, this could become a full-time, permanent role.Your role as a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Operative for Signature Brew (Part Time) is to ensure the efficient and careful delivery of our beer. Delivering our beer is a key part of our operation, and as a delivery driver, you will be representing the business directly by interacting with customers. Navigating the streets of London can be challenging, so you must stay focused and calm while driving our vehicles and adhere to all road rules and conditions.WHAT YOU'LL DOLoad vans in an order that facilitates quick and easy delivery for yourself and assist with loading deliveries for the rest of the delivery team where required.Deliver kegs (40kg per keg) and cases in full, on time, and to the best of your abilities.Collect all empty kegs from venues as part of standard procedure.Uphold a high standard of customer service.Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly to the Logistics manager.Drive respectfully, following all road rules and considering other road users and pedestrians.Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of our fleet of vehicles.Report any road traffic accidents or vehicle damage to the Logistics manager.Keep the brewery warehouse organized, including tidying up empty pallets, dividers, pallet wrap, and other items.Pick deliveries for daily routes, pallet orders, and online orders.Assist with maintaining the site’s cleanliness and safety, especially as it transforms into an event space.Follow company health and safety policies and manual handling procedures.WHO YOU'LL BEA proactive team playerGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skills, as you'll be the face of our brand during deliveriesFull and clean driver’s license requiredRight to live and work in the UK requiredForklift license desirableWHAT YOU'LL GET Access to our Staff Rewards package including:Team food & free coffeeBeer!PartiesFestival passesHardship fundEmployee share schemeMental health counselingCycle to work schemeFurther education & training#J-18808-Ljbffr
