First Choice offers Encompass Training as a Tier 1 Agency for all new starters. The pay rate ranges from £12.21 to £22.35 per hour, depending on the shift. This role offers flexibility to balance family, studies, or other commitments and is ideal for those interested in a nursing career, as you can choose your shifts weekly. Available shift times include: 7:30am - 8:30pm, 7:30am - 2:30pm, 2:00pm - 8:30pm, 8:00pm - 8:00am, 7:45am - 8:00pm, and 7:45pm - 8:00am.
