Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain accuracy levels above 99%. Meet the productivity targets set. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams via calls and emails. Process invoices, conduct research, and handle rejections. Research payment holds and process accordingly. Reconcile vendor statements and share updates on status. Be a quick learner with the ability to innovate and simplify processes. Basic QualificationsMaster's Degree in Finance or Accounting. 1+ years of experience in a similar BPO environment or over 2 years in an Accounting Analyst role. Knowledge of Oracle Financials. Experience with Six Sigma methodologies, including participation in Lean projects, quality circles, and creative work groups. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, or similar applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Typing speed of 25-30 WPM with 90% accuracy. Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Finance or Accounting (if different from basic qualifications). Additional experience in relevant roles or environments.
