Are you a compassionate, resilient, and skilled teacher passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs? We are seeking a dedicatedNurture Teacherto join our inclusive and supportive team. You will lead a small nurture group of pupils who need additional emotional and social support, helping them build the confidence and resilience to re-engage with learning and thrive in a mainstream setting.Key Responsibilities:Teach and support a small group of pupils with social, emotional, or behavioural difficulties in a dedicated nurture space.Deliver a nurturing, structured curriculum tailored to pupil's academic and emotional needs.Develop individual learning plans and implement strategies to promote emotional regulation, positive relationships, and self-esteem.Work closely with the SENCO, pastoral team, external agencies, and families to ensure holistic support.Use trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches such as Boxall profiling, Thrive, or similar.Support the reintegration of pupils into mainstream classes when appropriate.What We're Looking For:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Experience working with children with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural needs.A nurturing, child-centred approach rooted in empathy and understanding.Knowledge of nurture principles, attachment theory, and inclusive practice.Excellent communication and teamworking skills.A calm, flexible, and reflective approach to teaching and behaviour management.Why Join Us?A supportive leadership team and committed staff.Access to high-quality CPD, including nurture group training and therapeutic approaches.A well-resourced nurture space and strong links with local agencies.An opportunity to make a life-changing impact on vulnerable children.To Apply: Please send your CV#J-18808-Ljbffr
