Are you a professional looking for a new and exciting challenge? We are seeking Healthcare Support Workers to join the team across the Medical Floor in PRI. Available wards include: Ward 1 – Perth City Locality General Medicine MFE Ward 4 - Acute Medical Admissions Unit Ward 6 – General Medicine AFU – Acute Frailty Unit We are recruiting Band 2 HCSWs to training posts, where on successful completion of in-house training, you will progress to a Band 3. Existing Band 3s are also encouraged to apply. The post holder will work closely with, and be supported by the SCN, Band 6 Charge Nurses, and our Clinical Educator, developing professional relationships within a multidisciplinary team. We seek individuals with the skills and motivation to deliver high standards of holistic care to our patients and families. Staff wellbeing and development are prioritized, offering opportunities for personal and professional growth through peer support, structured education, and training, under the guidance of our Clinical Educator and senior nursing team.
