Do you enjoy working on a one-to-one basis with children with specific educational needs?Aspire People are looking to recruit a teaching assistant for Reception and lower level ability. We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant who can encourage, motivate, and support children within the classroom to access the curriculum with ease and bridge the current gap.The school in Redditch has recently received funding and is looking for a talented SEND TA to work full-time for the rest of the school year.The child you will be supporting may have behavioural difficulties and demonstrate lower-level disruptions, so the TA must be able to engage with the children and keep them on task.The ideal candidate:Level 3 qualification minimumLong-term (a full academic term or more) experience working with children on a one-to-one basisSEN experience covering Autism and lower-level abilityAbility to communicate effectively and build rapport with the children you supportConfident in communicating with the SENCO, leadership team, and parentsPassionate about working with SEN children and dedicated to helping them thrive and achieve targets set in line with their individual education plans (IEPs)Meticulous in completing IEPs to ensure all aspects are covered and the child's accomplishments are recorded and rewardedIn return, Aspire People can offer you:A dedicated consultant available 24/7 to offer advice and guidanceCV writing assistanceCompetitive pay rates for Teaching AssistantsLong-term and permanent opportunitiesAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
