We currently have aPeripatetic Mental Health Practitionervacancy for an exciting one-year LA-funded project deliveringJourney of Hope (JoH)across multiple schools in Wandsworth.To apply, you must be willing to undertake training in delivering JoH and quality reviewing JoH interventions.This one-year project will deliver:JoH groupwork including assessment and formulation for all children in each group.Six groups per week: one each morning and afternoon, Monday to Friday (term time). Sessions last 1 hour, with the remaining time allocated for admin.Delivery method: Face-to-face.Role Overview As a Mental Health Practitioner/Counsellor, your role will focus on providing JoH group work to primary and secondary-aged children and young people on a peripatetic basis across schools in Balham and Tooting, and Putney and Roehampton.You will conduct full assessment and formulation processes for children and young people referred to the JoH service.
