Join us as a Shift ManagerBe part of a team that prioritizes our customers. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the shop in the absence of the Store Manager, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel. We serve customers in various ways: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. Your role will be to ensure customers enjoy a brilliant experience whether they shop in-store or online. During a typical shift, you can expect to: Inspire the team to achieve excellent results and uphold high standards. Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and courteously. Prepare products, including sandwiches and managing ovens. Maintain fully stocked displays with a variety of choices. Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable.
