Job overviewA great opportunity has arisen for an experienced pharmacist to join the women’s and children’s pharmacy team at The Royal London Hospital, Barts Health. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated clinical pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. You will work with a team of highly specialist pharmacy staff to deliver patient-centred pharmaceutical care to paediatric & women’s health patients. The Women’s & Children’s pharmacy team is responsible for optimizing patient flow, medicines safety, and patient outcomes, supporting the service in managing the medicines budget, and achieving best value for resources. We do this through working closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams, service management, and the wider pharmacy team, demonstrating the Trust WeCare Values.
