The Role We seek a forward-thinking, Russian-speakingImmigration Solicitorto join our growing immigration team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive legal professional looking to advance their career in a supportive and flexible working environment. Key Requirements Applicants should have a minimum of1 year PQEin UK immigration law, with demonstrable experience in: Start-Up Visa Global Talent Visa Graduate Visa Sponsor Licence Applications & Skilled Worker Visa Family and Human Rights Applications EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) Applications Drafting representation letters and witness statements for complex matters Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will: Be fluent in Russian Have a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to casework Possesses strong organisational and time management skills Demonstrate excellent drafting and written advocacy skills Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients Show strong knowledge of UK Immigration Rules, policies, and procedures Be capable of managing a varied caseload independently What We Offer Salarystarting from £40,000 (depending on experience) + commission Permanent , full-time position Hybrid workingmodel (2 days in office, remainder remote) Clearcareer progressionand professional development support Collaborative and relaxed office environment We will consider applicants with their following and/or on a consultancy basis.
