I am ideally looking for an experienced Paraplanner to work in our firm, the individual will ideally be CII level 4 or level 6 qualified but we will consider those already in progress to CII level 4, or equivalent examination body.The contract will initially be a fixed 12 months contract with a view to extend if the fit is good for both parties. The extension can be made well before the 12 month contract has elapsed.The successful candidate will already have some experience in an advice firm advising retail clients. Our preference would be an existing paraplanner whom has worked within the IFA sector, although this is not essential and paraplanners in the restricted advice market would be considered.Those with experience of Iress Xplan, SAP, Defaqto Engage, Cashcalc tools will be a good fit but not essential.The role is an in office role only (zone one central London) working alongside the founder of the business.Rates of pay for the contract are along the following lines:Non-Qualified but still studying to level 4 = £40,000 per annum, plus pension, plus discretionary bonus.CII Level 4 Qualified - £50,000 per annum, plus pension, plus discretionary bonus.CII Level 6 Qualified - £60,000 per annum, plus pension, plus discretionary bonus.We are trying to fill the position for March 2025.
