Key Responsibilities:Lead and optimise the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process - from invoicing and collections to systems improvements and automationCollaborate closely with sales and commercial teams to streamline billing and revenue recognition workflowsSupport Purchase-to-Pay (PTP), month-end close, and intercompany reconciliationsPerform bank reconciliations and maintain balance sheet integrityContribute to audit preparation, statutory reporting, and payroll oversightWork cross-functionally on business-critical projects, including international expansion Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven experience managing OTC processes in a fast-paced, growing organisationSolid experience within a similar role either Part Qualified or QBE Confident working across multi-entity and multi-currency environmentsStrong understanding of financial operations and systemsProactive, solutions-focused, and process-oriented mindsetComfortable with hybrid working and adaptable to evolving business needsMust have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for security clearance Interested?This is an urgent hire - ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and wants to make a real impact.
