Our client, a top CLO and asset management firm, is looking for a Credit Analyst with buy-side large-cap experience to join their growing Private Debt team. You must have full UK working rights.The RoleYou’ll help manage investments in European private debt, mainly financing companies involved in mergers, acquisitions, and other major events.Key ResponsibilitiesCredit and Financial Analysis: Assess the financial health of companies for new investment opportunities.Financial Modeling: Build and update models to forecast performance and risks.Portfolio Monitoring: Help manage existing loans and flag key developments.Team Collaboration: Work with risk, legal, and ESG teams during due diligence.Presentations and Communication: Prepare analysis for senior management and work closely with banks and clients.Experience requiredProven experience in large-cap leveraged finance loans or investment analysis, preferably within the European market.Strong analytical capabilities, with solid proficiency in financial modelling.Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
