You’ll be expected to be able to gain credibility with senior stakeholders and demonstrate first class project management and communication skills.Key accountabilities: You’ll cover a portfolio of international Insurance companies and play a key part in the following:Personally produce and present company specific financial research, analysis and commentary into the financial strength of a portfolio of leading Insurance companies.Analyse and challenge financial performance, forecasts and plans, business strategy, investment proposals, acquisitions and corporate projects.Unparalleled level of regular interaction with high profile senior client stakeholders incl. Exec levelUnderstand the markets in which they operate, their strategies, risks, products and distribution channels, as well as developing a thorough knowledge of the financial models driving the businesses.The role is extremely varied in terms of its activities, reflecting the need to rapidly respond to commercial and regulatory market developments.Work is often project based with ad-hoc requests and may involve international travel.Required experience:The ideal candidate will be qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA etc) with a Top10 Accounting Practice covering External audit of Insurance companies.
