Commercial Litigation Partner Top Tier Legal 500 Practice Birmingham This is a newly created opportunity for a client focused and hands-on senior litigator seeking a well regarded Legal 500 practice. Notably, the firm is open to speaking with experienced lawyers seeking their first partner position. In this varied role you will work across a variety of high-value and complex commercial litigation cases in the High Court, including: Contract disputes Corporate disputes Insolvency Insurance Professional negligence Procurement Key Responsibilities: Managing and delivering across a breadth of cases Preparing for High Court trials, including upcoming week-long and multi-week trials Delivering high-quality legal advice Supporting and developing more junior team members Candidate Requirements: Excellent High Court litigation experience An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record developing/maintaining client relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills The ability to work both independently and as part of the wider partnership This is a fantastic opportunity where youll work as part of a supportive and friendly partnership team.
