If so, this exciting opportunity could be for you!St Richards Hospice has an opening within our Family Support Team for a caring, committed and compassionate professional to join us as Specialist Palliative Care Social Worker. The successful candidate will provide emotional, social and practical support for patients and families (including children) supported by St Richards Hospice and Bereavement Support South Worcestershire.St Richards Hospice provides specialist palliative and end of life care for over 3,000 adults, family members and the bereaved throughout South Worcestershire each year. We are committed to the delivery of the highest standards of care, enabling our patients to take control of their lives as their condition changes.We are housed in purpose-built premises with outstanding facilities to enable us to support patients and families to live well from diagnosis to end of life.
