Role Description This is an exciting opportinity to join the talented team at our Grand Seiko Boutique in New Bond Street . This is a full-time on-site role for a Boutique Sales Consultant. Our Sales Consultants are responsible for providing high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, sales expertise and by developing long lasting relationships with our clients. Core Responsibilities: Working closely with the team to maximise sales Working towards achieving store targets and personal KPI''s Driving CRM and ensuring CRM database is maintained and updated consistently Ensuring client data is collected and stored appropriately. Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Ascertain customers needs and wants and deal with queries Validating customers GS9 Club Membership Recommend and display items that match customer needs Accurately describe product features and benefits, build excellent product knowledge Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands. Manage point-of-sale processes processing payments Dealing with customer refunds & repairs Administration of e-com Website, checking systems for stock availability.
