Team Manager - Retail ProjectsLocation: SwindonPay Rate: £14.57 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)Start Immediately – Access your wages early – Holiday pay includedWe’re looking for a hands-on Team Manager to lead high-impact retail projects across new store launches, refits, range reviews and store support. You’ll be working with some of the UK’s biggest names in grocery and DIY retail.This is a fast-paced role where you’ll need to make quick decisions and lead by example to get stock merchandised to a high standard. What the job involves:Leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishersManaging tasks to meet client expectationsProviding updates and sign-off to project leadsRunning health and safety inductions and checksShifts are generally Sunday to Thursday, mostly nights, around 12 hours per shiftUsing your smartphone to manage shift availability, clock in/out, and view project detailsWorking across a variety of store sites, with travel requiredRemoving and replacing stock using plans and systemsAdjusting shelving and moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucksOccasional overnight stays with accommodation provided when needed What we’re looking for:Strong communicator who can lead a team and keep things on trackExperience in retail, merchandising or supervising teamsConfident making decisions and prioritising workloadHigh attention to detail and a methodical mindsetPhysically fit – this role involves manual handling and long shiftsComfortable working unsociable hours including nights and early morningsApplicants must be 18+ What you’ll get in return:Access to up to 50% of your wages early through a financial wellbeing appPaid holidaysPension schemeUniform providedAccommodation when staying awayReal chances to progressRegular recognition and incentives This isn’t just another retail job.
