This role offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact across a broad range of HR activities while supporting a transforming HR function.Key Responsibilities:Act as a true HR generalist, providing expert support across the full employee lifecycleHandle escalated and complex employee relations casework, offering expert guidance and oversight to resolve issues effectivelyPlay an integral role in enterprise-level change projects (including outsourced service transitions, restructures, and departmental redesigns), contributing to key workstreams and delivering project outcomesSupport a transforming HR function by helping to redefine priorities, evolve strategy, and reshape team structures to build capability and drive positive changeCollaborate closely with senior HR leadership to deliver initiatives, while day-to-day stakeholder ownership remains with the Lead HRBPSkills & Attributes:Significant experience as an HR Business Partner with broad generalist expertiseStrong capability in managing complex employee relations cases and providing expert guidanceComfortable working in a dynamic environment, able to balance BAU activities with project deliveryExperience supporting organisational change projects, with knowledge of outsourcing, TUPE, and restructuring processesCollaborative approach with excellent coaching and mentoring skills to support HR Advisors and junior team membersResilient, adaptable, proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvementAbility to work effectively within a transforming HR function, contributing to evolving strategies and prioritiesIdeally some exposure to regulated environments or risk and compliance within HRCould this be you?Making a positive impact is at the heart of everything we do – whether for our colleagues, customers, partners, or the community.
