This is a crucial and high profile role within our group so if you feel you would be our ideal candidate then please read the below and submit your application.Job Overview:You will work closely with our nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our homes across within Peterborough, Leicester, Kettering, Wellingborough region. Reporting and being supported by the Regional Manager and others within the leadership team, you will ensure our residents receive the best care, meet their needs through excellent nursing and clinical care, and actively contribute to all clinical delivery.Skills & Responsibilities:Work closely with Deputy Manager's to ensure high standard of care is delivered across homesStrong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team.Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team.Ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.A passion for promoting best nursing practice and able to train, support and mentor others.A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance.Requirements:Nurse qualified with a current NMC PINPrevious experience working as a Senior Nurse or staff nurse or registered nurse in a Care Home environment is desirable.Effective communication skillsClinically competent in following key areas – Wound Management, Vena Section, Catheterisation (All types), Medication administration Infection control proceduresDrivers Licence and own Car (happy to undertake travel across Peterborough, Leicester, Kettering, Wellingborough region)Experience: Nursing home: 3 years minimum (required)Licence/Certification: NMC (required)Location: Kettering NN16 (preferred as this is central location)If you are passionate about providing exceptional care for seniors and have the necessary experience to lead a dedicated team, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as Regional Clinical Lead.Package and Benefits£35,000 to £42,000 per year D.O.EUp to £3k bonus paid per annumBusiness Milage paid40 hour week, Monday to FridayPension scheme.Professional development & Progressional opportunities.Blue card discountsABOUTKara Healthcare is a quality care provider devoted to delivering first-class dementia, nursing, residential, and respire care to residents living in our homes.
