You will work alongside the People Services Manager to manage the People & Culture database and other people-based systems for a seamless user experience. You will co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide appropriate and timely reporting on people data.ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for HR system and People data mattersSupporting system administration and configuration of HR systems (including but not limited to Element Suite) including supporting system upgradesRegularly cleansing and auditing data ensuring that HR systems are being utilised correctly and efficientlyIdentifying, suggesting, and delivering process and system improvementsCollate and distribute standard management reports and data outputs in line with agreed schedulesCreating, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, demonstrating awareness of HR metricsPresenting, communicating and disseminating data analysis outputs, making data-based recommendations to support strategic decisionsTrain and support end users to ensure that they are utilising systems correctly, and are able to interpret data outputsMaintaining internal and external system and process guidanceUndertake project work, as directed by the People Services ManagerAssist the wider People & Culture Team with any general related tasks, as and when requiredWhat we look for:High attention to detail.The ability to find the value in our people data and communicate this clearly to key stakeholders.Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.Project Management leadershipNatural curiosity and determination to improve systems and processes.Ability to embrace and move with change.The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.Self-motivated and credible.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Technical Requirements:Advanced level with Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Models & DAXStrong experience with all Microsoft Applications (including Microsoft Forms, Power Automate & Power BI)HRIS systems expertise – system setup, configuration and troubleshooting (Element Suite)Automation & Process Improvement – HRIS or external resourcesGood working knowledge of GDPR, SOX & ComplianceWorking knowledge of Integration & APIsExcellent oral and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of html & json desirableBasic knowledge of SQL desirableWhat we offer:Competitive salary40 hours a week.
