Our client, a leading international wealth management platform, is looking for a CASS Manager to join their team. This is a key role focused on overseeing the firms CASS risk and control framework, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients and advisers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day oversight of client money and asset reconciliations Maintain and enhance the firms CASS risk and control framework Monitor, identify, and escalate potential risks, breaches, or areas for improvement Coordinate and support internal and external CASS audits Produce and review CMAR returns and other regulatory reports Support and advise teams across the business on CASS-related matters Contribute to strategic change initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance is maintained Line manage a small team, supporting their development and performance About you: Strong technical knowledge of FCA CASS rules (particularly chapters 1, 1A, 6, 7, 9, and 10) Proven experience with client money and asset reconciliations Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Highly organised, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities This is a fantastic opportunity for a CASS professional to join a dynamic and growing firm, with the chance to make a real impact in a hands-on, high-responsibility role.
