This lab-based role involves designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to optimize and scale-up bioprocesses for biologics production. Monitor bioprocess parameters and ensure optimal conditions for cell growth and productivity.Working closely with the upstream R&D team; plan and execute several complex (non-routine) lab-scale fed-batch and perfusion bioreactor process development and optimization.Engage in routine mammalian cell culture workflows involving media preparation, revival and subculture as required for an experiment.Generate experimental results and review respective scientific documentation.Helps with ensuring lab procedures are adhered to and supports safety assessments.Perform other lab duties as assigned.General housekeeping activities or upkeep and smooth laboratory operation Primary Location*Slough Key StakeholdersPlease specify the stakeholders (position, area, or department, no names) the role will interact with.
