Location:Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire Salary:£26,818 per annum (Actual) + Benefits Job Type:Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours:37 hours per week, split shift from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility required) Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced site management professional with trade skills such as plumbing, carpentry, and decorating to oversee a new school site. Responsibilities include operational management, maintenance, security, health 'safety, record keeping, grounds maintenance, and managing contractors.
