The role will entail oversight and support of bookings within the Unit, management of waiting lists, as well as day-to-day support for the PB (pancreato-biliary) service.The post holder will oversee, lead, and coordinate the administrative team, including four Band 4 Waiting List Coordinators and two Band 3 receptionists. Ensure that coordinated and streamlined administrative processes revolve around the patient and their individual needs.
